Boreham Wood will face Sutton in the semi-finals of the National League play-offs after beating Fylde 2-1.Wood required just six minutes to open the scoring as Jamie Turley headed in Bruno Andrade's corner.Andrade doubled Wood's lead 12 minutes later, converting Michael Folivi's cross, but Fylde halved the deficit through Simon Grand's close-range finish on the half-hour.Andrade missed the opportunity to make the game safe 10 minutes from time, failing to beat Jay Lynch from the penalty spot after he was fouled in the area by the goalkeeper.

AFC Fylde sealed a Vanarama National League play-off place following a goalless draw at 10-man Wrexham.Fylde went into the final game of the season in sixth place but dropped to seventh courtesy of a win for Boreham Wood, whom they will now meet for a place in the semi-final on Thursday.Scott Quigley hit a post early on for Wrexham, who were grateful to Shaun Pearson for heading a Jonathan Smith lob off the line.Wrexham then struck the post for a second time, Paul Rutherford on this occasion, four minutes into the second half.The home side finished the game with 10 men when Luke Burke was dismissed for a second yellow card as they ended the campaign in 10th place and winless in seven.

Sollihull secure point from trip to AFC Fylde

Sollihull's excellent 1-1 draw at in-form AFC Fylde was not quite enough to secure Vanarama National League safety, but only a peculiar combination of results on the final day can deny them now.Omari Sterling-James fired the visitors into a surprise early lead, hitting his effort sweetly past Jay Lynch from a short free-kick by Darren Carter.Andy Bond got Fylde's second half off to the perfect start when he tamed Jon Smith's vicious left-wing cross with a bullet header into the net.The tide was turning, and Tyrone Williams had to block Smith's effort on the line to preserve parity. The failure to win denied the Coasters the chance of securing a play-off spot going into the final set of matches.

Jordan Tunnicliffe scored twice as AFC Fylde kept their promotion charge on track with a fourth straight win in a 3-1 victory at Torquay.The Gulls went ahead in the fifth minute from the penalty spot when Zaine Francis-Angol was penalised for a foul and Brett Williams sent Jay Lynch the wrong way.Jack Muldoon brought the visitors level in the 24th minute when he fired home from close range after Danny Rowe's initial shot had been blocked after a free-flowing move involving Sam Finley and Lewis Montrose had opened up Torquay.And just three minutes later the Coasters were ahead when Tunnicliffe was left unmarked to head Finley's corner into the net.Tunnicliffe made sure of victory 12 minutes from time when he headed home from close range from Simon Grand's cross into the box.

Danny Rowe netted the winner as AFC Fylde stayed in the top seven with a 2-1 win over Sutton, whose title aspirations suffered a further blow.Tommy Wright opened the scoring after 20 minutes, finding the bottom corner to grab his first goal in eight matches and 12th of the season.But Fylde, now unbeaten at home in five games, equalised 13 minutes from time when Jonny Smith's shot took a deflection past Jamie Butler.Three minutes later, Rowe capitalised on an error in the Sutton to defence to slot into the bottom corner for his 28th goal of the season as Sutton slipped 10 points behind leaders Macclesfield.

AFC Fylde breathed new life into their play-off push in the Vanarama National League with a 2-0 home win against FC Halifax.A draw with Hartlepool and defeat at Dagenham and Redbridge had been blows to Fylde's top-seven prospects, but goals from Jonny Smith and James Hardy secured three valuable points at Mill Farm.Jack Muldoon hit the post twice for Fylde who were dominant and richly deserved to come out on top. They sit eighth, now just two points behind Dover.Smith broke the deadlock in the 47th minute thanks to a little good fortune, as his cross from the left evaded everyone and finished up in the Halifax net.Hardy drove home the advantage in the 54th minute when he rifled a low shot beyond goalkeeper Sam Johnson.Fylde pushed for a third goal and Lewis Montrose threatened with a header that Johnson did well to keep out.

Dagenham back on track with win over AFC Fylde

Dagenham got back to winning ways in the Vanarama National League with a 2-0 victory at home to AFC Fylde.Danny Rowe hit the woodwork for Fylde midway through the first half before Chike Kandi broke the deadlock with his first goal for Daggers.The forward fired into the roof of the net after 33 minutes following fine work from Fejiri Okenabirhie and Ben Nunn.The hosts doubled their advantage as the half drew to a close when Dan Sparkes teed-up Mason Bloomfield.Daggers forward Bloomfield could have added to the home side's lead but he headed inches over on the hour mark after a fine delivery from Kandi.Fylde remain just outside the play-off places while Dagenham are comfortable in mid-table after ending a two-game losing streak.

Rowe hits hat-trick as Fylde run riot

Danny Rowe passed a quarter-century of goals for the season in Fylde's 7-1 blitz at home to Aldershot.Inside the first 20 minutes the prolific striker netted a hat-trick, propelling his side into a 4-1 lead. Aldershot had briefly equalised when Josh McQuoid placed into the corner, but it was out of context with their horrendous day.Sam Finley, who netted Fylde's other goal in that opening salvo, had an extraordinary day. As well as scoring twice for his side - both piledrivers - he was sent off for over-celebrating his second, the irrepressible midfielder's third red of the season.Simon Grand and Jack Muldoon were the Coasters' other contributors as they revelled in a rampant afternoon.

AFC Fylde survive early scare against Dover

AFC Fylde moved into the play-off places after a comeback 3-1 victory over fellow top-seven rivals Dover at Mill Farm.The hosts dominated a goalless first-half but Dover were the side to take the lead after 57 minutes when Azeez Adebayo found Mitch Pinnock free at the far post to tap in.However, their advantage only lasted 12 minutes as Lewis Montrose slipped a pass through to Vanarama National League top goalscorer Danny Rowe to cut inside and rifle an effort into the bottom corner for his 19th strike of the campaign.Serhat Tasdemir drilled in from 15 yards to put the Coasters in front for the first time in the match with 13 minutes remaining before James Hardy rounded off the scoring in stoppage-time by thumping in the rebound from Tasdemir's initial effort which hit a post.
