Davis carries Green Bay over IUPUI 91-85

INDIANAPOLIS -- Freshman Amari Davis had 22 points and JayQuan McCloud had 20 points and six assists as Green Bay beat IUPUI 91-85 on Thursday.

Green Bay snapped a six-game losing streak in the series with its first win over IUPUI since the Jaguars joined the Horizon League.

Kameron Hankerson had 18 points and nine rebounds for Green Bay (12-13, 7-5), which has scored 90-plus in back-to-back games. Cody Schwartz added 13 points and eight rebounds. Green Bay went 22 for 24 from the free-throw line

Green Bay led by as many as 25 points in the first half, and by 20 at the break, before IUPUI came all the way back to within five in the second half.

Marcus Burk had 33 points and Jaylen Minnett scored a career-high 32 points for the Jaguars (6-19, 2-10). Burk and Minnett, who went over 1,000 career points, combined for 10 3-pointers as Minnett hit a career-high eight and Burk two.
