House's 22 lead Rhode Island past Fairfield 93-80
KINGSTON, R.I. -- — Jaden House's 22 points helped Rhode Island defeat Fairfield 93-80 on Thursday night.
House shot 9 for 11, including 4 for 5 from beyond the arc for the Rams (2-0). David Fuchs scored 15 points while shooting 6 of 9 from the field and 3 for 6 from the line, and added 11 rebounds and three steals. Jeremy Foumena shot 5 of 10 from the field and 3 for 4 from the line to finish with 14 points, while adding six rebounds.
Louis Bleechmore led the way for the Stags (0-2) with 24 points, 12 rebounds and three steals. Brycen Goodine added 22 points and two steals for Fairfield. In addition, Michael Rogan finished with 16 points.
