LEWISTON, N.Y. -- — Deshayne Montgomery had 25 points in Mount St. Mary's 91-72 victory against Niagara on Sunday.
Montgomery also contributed five assists for the Mountaineers (13-17, 9-10 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference). Dakota Leffew added 17 points while shooting 5 for 13 (2 for 4 from 3-point range) and 5 of 6 from the free throw line, and he also had six assists. Terrell Ard Jr. shot 7 of 12 from the field to finish with 14 points.
Yaw Obeng-Mensah finished with 19 points for the Purple Eagles (14-14, 10-8). Quandre Bullock added 14 points and seven rebounds for Niagara. Harlan Obioha also had 11 points and seven rebounds.
