RADFORD, Va. -- — DaQuan Smith hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer and Radford defeat South Carolina Upstate 64-61 on Saturday.
Bryan Antoine had 18 points and seven rebounds for the Highlanders (12-8, 2/3 Big South Conference). Kenyon Giles scored 15 points and added five assists. Smith had 10 points and shot 3 for 10, including 2 for 7 from beyond the arc.
Trae Broadnax led the way for the Spartans (6-12, 1-4) with 20 points. South Carolina Upstate also got 14 points, 10 rebounds, two steals and two blocks from Nick Alves.
