WICHITA, Kan. -- — Colby Rogers scored 18 points as Wichita State beat UTSA 84-64 on Wednesday night.

Rogers also had six rebounds for the Shockers (10-13, 2-8 American Athletic Conference). Harlond Beverly added 16 points while going 8 of 13 from the field, and he also had six rebounds and five assists. Quincy Ballard shot 4 of 5 from the field and 3 for 3 from the line to finish with 11 points.

The Roadrunners (8-15, 2-8) were led by Dre Fuller Jr., who recorded 13 points. UTSA also got 12 points and two steals from Adante' Holiman. In addition, Trey Edmonds had 10 points and six rebounds.

Wichita State's next game is Sunday against Florida Atlantic at home. UTSA hosts East Carolina on Saturday.
