Greensboro never trailed, building a lead as large as 17 points. After the Swarm took a 62-50 lead at halftime, Stockton mounted a comeback in the third quarter. The Kings erased the deficit and tied the score at 75 on a layup by Jeffries with 5:17 remaining in the period. However, Salaun answered with a 3-pointer with 4:29 left in the third to put the Swarm back in front for good.

Greensboro pulled away late in the fourth quarter.

The Swarm defeated the Kings in Game 1 on Wednesday before completing the sweep in Friday's victory.
