By adding former Falcons linebacker De'Vondre Campbell to a one-year deal worth up to $8.5 million, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Cardinals give themselves more depth at linebacker. He's durable, playing in all 16 games the last three seasons, and versatile, able to play both inside and outside linebacker. It's probable that he'll be penciled in to start alongside Jordan Hicks, replacing Joe Walker in the starting lineup.

By signing linebacker Devon Kennard to a three-year deal, the Arizona Cardinals created instant competition for Haason Reddick at the edge rusher spot, which Kennard played the last two seasons in Detroit. Kennard has established himself as reliable, having started 15 games each of the past two seasons, in which he averaged seven sacks per year. If he's able to win the starting spot opposite Chandler Jones, he'll give Arizona some security off the edge for the next few seasons.
