Maple Leafs send Matthews to Germany for injury treatment

Toronto general manager Brad Treliving said following Tuesday's practice that Maple Leafs captain Auston Matthews, out since Nov. 5 with an upper-body injury, is in Germany to see a doctor, the center has worked with in the past, "as a general checkup."
