LeClaire rallies No. 21 Green Bay women by N Kentucky 62-49

DETROIT -- Allie LeClaire scored 17 of her 21 points in the second half, Jessica Lindstrom a double-double and No. 21 Green Bay pulled away from Northern Kentucky for a 62-49 win in the Horizon League quarterfinals on Saturday.

The top-seeded Phoenix (27-3) play winner of Sunday's quarterfinal between Youngstown State and Milwaukee in a semifinal on Monday afternoon.

Green Bay trailed 27-24 at the half but tied it with a LeClaire 3. After NKU regained the lead, Lindstrom hit a pair of 3-pointers in a 10-0 run to give the Phoenix the lead for good. Green Bay went 9 of 13 in the third quarter despite finishing 1 of 5.

After eighth-seeded Northern Kentucky (9-22), one of two teams to beat Green Bay in league play, scored the first five points of the fourth quarter, the Phoenix took charge behind LeClaire who had 10 points in a closing 17-7 run.

Lindstrom's 40th career double-double of 14 points and 12 rebounds left her one rebound shy of 1,000 for her career.

Molly Glick matched Lindstrom's four 3s and scored 16 for NKU.
