South Carolina jumps to the No. 21 spot in the latest class of 2017 recruiting rankings with the addition of No. 21 ATH Namsah Nasirildeen. Here’s what ESPN National Recruiting Analyst Craig Haubert has to say about the rising Gamecocks:
