LSU delivered its most dominant half of the season in a season filled with them, outscoring Texas A&M 31-0 and out-gaining the Aggies 324-40. Heisman Trophy frontrunner Joe Burrow completed 12-of-18 passes for 242 yards and two touchdowns, and an active Tigers defense held Texas A&M to 1.5 yards per play and only 24 pass yards (LSU averaged 7.5 yards per play).
