Graham Westley up and running as Peterborough edge thriller
New boss Graham Westley celebrated a first home win as Peterborough ended Millwall's unbeaten away record with a 5-3 victory in a thriller.Lee Angol nodded Posh ahead in the 16th minute after a Jon Taylor shot had crashed back off a post. Taylor doubled the advantage four minutes later when he rifled the ball into the roof of the net.Posh lost goalkeeper Ben Alnwick to injury, with Dion-Curtis Henry sent on for his debut and he was beaten twice in quick succession as Millwall battled back early in the second half.Byron Webster headed his first goal for the club after 52 minutes and skipper Tony Craig levelled three minutes later when nodding in a Carlos Edwards cross.But Posh got a second wind to power back into the driving seat with another double salvo.Substitute Chris Forrester finished a fine 69th-minute move before Conor Washington burst on to a defence-splitting Marcus Maddison pass three minutes later.Millwall halved the arrears almost immediately when Mark Beevers converted a Shaun Williams corner, but Posh finally put the result beyond doubt when Taylor blasted past Jordan Archer with eight minutes to go.
