Bordeaux secured their first three-point haul in Ligue 1 this season with a 2-0 win against 10-man Nantes.
Wahbi Khazri made up for an earlier penalty miss when he turned on Renato Civelli's smart pass before beating Nantes goalkeeper Remy Riou.
Any chance of a Nantes comeback seemingly went just a few minutes after the restart when Ermir Lenjani brought down Clement Chantome from behind and was sent off, before Les Girondins wrapped up the points late on.
Thomas Toure's cross fell at the feet of Milan Gajic and the summer-signing from OFK Beograd steered the ball beyond Riou from the edge of the area to hand the hosts their first victory this term.
