Keeper Grant Adam earns Cowdenbeath point at Albion

The point extends Cowdenbeath's unbeaten streak to four matches and lifts them three points clear of the relegation zone.
They had goalkeeper Grant Adam to thank after he made three key saves to keep Albion, who are now five points off the top four, at bay.
Adam denied Michael Dunlop either side of half-time and also Alan Reid.
