Martin Braithwaite bags a brace as Toulouse win

Toulouse captain Martin Braithwaite bagged a brace as his side thrashed Bordeaux 4-1 in Ligue 1.

Centre-back Issa Diop rose unmarked to head the hosts ahead inside four minutes before fellow defender Christopher Jullien nodded in another delivery from Argentinian Oscar Trejo five minutes later.

Denmark international Braithwaite fired in a 20-yard free-kick to put the result beyond doubt in the 67th minute and then beat visiting goalkeeper Jerome Prior again to claim his second eight minutes from time.

Bordeaux substitute Isaac Kiese Thelin converted Jaroslav Plasil's cross to pull one back in the final minute before the away side were reduced to 10 men in the third minute of time added on when defender Nicolas Pallois received a second yellow card for a foul on Braithwaite.
