WEST POINT, N.Y. -- — Isaiah Brickner scored 13 points as Marist beat Army 71-55 on Monday night in a season opener.
Brickner also had five rebounds and five assists for the Red Foxes. Max Allen scored 13 points while going 5 of 9 from the floor and 3 of 4 from the free-throw line. Jadin Collins was 4-of-9 shooting and 3 of 6 from the free-throw line to finish with 12 points.
The Black Knights were led by Ryan Curry, who recorded 13 points. Josh Scovens added 11 points for Army. Jared Cross also had eight points.
