Ravens' Harbaugh chalks up Jackson's OTA absences to 'time of year'
Ravens coach John Harbaugh has attributed quarterback Lamar Jackson's absence for four of the team's first five voluntary organized team activities, including the one Thursday, as being a function of the "time of year."
