A quick half-century from the opener Nain Abidi, followed by a four-wicket haul from the seamer Asmavia Iqbal, helped Pakistan Women ease to a 34-run win against Bangladesh Women in Cox's Bazar.

Pakistan, put in to bat, lost three wickets inside 13 overs, but a 47-run stand for the fourth wicket between Abidi (54) and Sana Mir (26) helped take the team to 120 for 7 from their 20 overs. Only one other batter reached double digits, but the visitors were helped by 14 extras, particularly 10 wides.

Bangladesh were unable to produce any significant partnership during their chase, and were restricted to 86 for 8. Lata Mondal was the team's highest scorer with 19, while no other batter made more than 11. Asmavia finished with 4 for 16 to run through the hosts' middle and lower order, and Qanita Jalil snared two scalps to help Pakistan sweep the series 2-0.
