Despite retiring from the game over a year ago, Rio Ferdinand still likes to keep himself trim with a regular workout regime.
Indeed, the former Manchester United defender posted a video of himself going through his paces with a couple of early morning "bear crawls" -- only to find himself being heckled by one of his former teammates.

Shortly after sharing the clip, Ferdinand received a friendly jeer in the comments section from none other that Cristiano Ronaldo.
In response to the video of Ferdinand scuttling around in his garden for a couple of seconds, Ronaldo replied: "wtf is that ??????"
To be fair, if anybody knows what it takes to spend each and every day working out non-stop, it's our Cristiano.
