Transfer Rater: Hector Bellerin to Barcelona, Kingsley Coman to City

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the whisper.

Idrissa Gueye to Arsenal

Everton's combative midfielder Idrissa Gueye -- compared to N'Golo Kante by the Toffees' director of football Steve Walsh -- is wanted by Arsenal, according to The Sun.

The Senegal international has impressed for the Merseyside club this season following a summer move from Aston Villa, and the Gunners have identified the 27-year-old as the perfect source of extra energy and power in the centre of their midfield.

However, the North London club may face competition for the player's signature should Everton decide to cash-in, with Gueye also attracting the attention of clubs in Spain and Italy.

Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea

Another Everton star linked with a move away from Goodison Park this summer is Romelu Lukaku. The Belgium frontman has reportedly turned down an offer of a new contract, with the player's former club Chelsea keen on a reunion.

Lukaku has scored 20 goals for Ronald Koeman's side this season, and the club are thought to have offered an improved deal in the region of £130,000 per week, the first player in Everton's history to earn over £100,000 per week.

The news that the 23-year-old striker has turned down the offer has also alerted Manchester United who will be looking for a new striker this summer.

Hector Bellerin to Barcelona

The Sun is claiming that La Liga giants Barcelona are preparing to make a £35 million swoop for Arsenal's 21-year-old full-back Hector Bellerin this summer.

Speculation over the Spanish right-back's future has persisted in recent months, with Manchester City also linked with the player, however the Catalan club are thought to be leading the race for his signature.

Bellerin signed a new deal as recently as November, but that hasn't dissuaded the five-time European champions from launching a bid.

Pablo Zabaleta to West Ham United

West Ham have emerged as one of the clubs interested in a move for Pablo Zabaleta should the Argentine leave Manchester City in the summer, the Daily Mail is reporting.

The 32-year-old's current deal expires at the end of this season and he is considering his options, with Slaven Bilic interested in the player as a possible solution to the Hammers' right-back problems.

Zabaleta has made 195 Premier League appearances for the Citizens since signing from Espanyol is 2008.

Kingsley Coman to Manchester City

Man City are plotting a £50m raid for Juventus' highly-rated winger Kingsley Coman, the Daily Express is reporting.

Pep Guardiola managed the France international at Bayern Munich last term, in the first year of a two-season loan deal, and the City boss is keen to be reunited with the 20-year-old.

Chelsea are also keen on Coman, however Pep's biggest competition for his signature might well come from his old club Bayern who have an £18m buy-option built into the loan agreement between themselves and the Italian champions.
