Alvaro Saborio scores winner for Real Salt Lake after 188-day injury hiatus

SANDY, Utah -- Alvaro Saborio scored on a header off Javier Morales' corner kick in the 77th minute to break a tie in Real Salt Lake's 2-1 victory over FC Dallas on Saturday night.

Saborio entered as a substitute for Olmes Garcia in the 76th minute for his first action since a 188-day absence due to a foot injury.

Robbie Findley opened the scoring for Real Salt Lake (12-5-10), gathering a loose ball from defender Chris Wingert's errant deflection and drilling it home in the 31st minute.

Michel tied it for FC Dallas (12-9-6) on a free kick in the 62nd minute. He blasted a left-footer from just beyond 18-yard box directly into the bottom-left corner.

Real Salt Lake avenged a 2-1 loss to FC Dallas on Aug. 22 and stretched its lead over it's Western Conference foe to four points.
