Touzghar nets late equaliser for Troyes to deny Marseille victory

Substitute Yoann Touzghar scored an 89th minute equaliser as struggling Troyes held second-placed Marseille to a 1-1 draw in Ligue 1 on Sunday.

Dimitri Payet netted a first-half penalty for the visitors after Mama Balde fouled Matteo Guendouzi.

But Touzghar slid in to score from close range in the final minute to leave Marseille on 47 points from 26 games, 15 points behind runaway leaders Paris St Germain and one ahead of Nice in third.

Although the draw left Troyes 17th, they are one of four sides on 22 points at the foot of the table along with Bordeaux, St Etienne and Metz.

Two late goals from Stade de Reims helped them to a come-from-behind 2-1 victory over AS Monaco, who had taken the lead on 55 minutes through Ligue 1 leading scorer Wissam Ben Yedder as he netted his 15th goal of the season.

That was the way it stayed until six minutes from the end when Monaco's Kevin Volland headed the ball into his own net, but worse was to follow as teenager Nathanael Mbuku scored a winner from a quick Reims counter-attack deep into injury-time.

The goal came after Monaco's Brazilian midfielder Jean Lucas received a second yellow card minutes earlier.

Lens inflicted a fifth successive defeat on Angers and moved up to sixth in the table with their 2-1 away success.

They also came from behind to win as two goals in three minutes turned the game on its head after Angelo Fulgini had put struggling Angers in front, who then lost Mohamed-Ali Cho to a red card.

The visitors profited from their numerical advantage and an own goal from Batista Mendy brought Lens level. Shortly afterwards they grabbed a winner via Jonathan Clauss.

Bordeaux were held to a 1-1 draw at Clermont despite taking the lead through Josuha Guilavogui, his first for the club since joining from Wolfsburg on loan in January, but Elbasan Rashani equalised for the home side.

Lorient did their survival hopes the world of good with a 1-0 victory at 10-man Brest thanks to a winner by Mali striker Ibrahima Kone.

Vincent Pajot received a late red card for Metz as they played to a 0-0 home draw with Nantes.
