Hull City accept £10m Burnley bid for defender Andy Robertson - sources

Burnley have had a £10 million bid for Hull City defender Andy Robertson, sources close to the clubs have told ESPN FC.

Last week, ESPN FC reported that Burnley were lining up a move for Scotland international Robertson, and they have now followed up that interest with a bid.

Robertson has impressed since joining Hull from Dundee in 2014, and the 22-year-old has been one of Hull's shining lights despite his side's struggles this season.

Hull took up a contract option on Robertson to extend his stay at the KCOM Stadium just before Christmas.

They have already sold Jake Livermore and Robert Snodgrass to West Bromwich Albion and West Ham United respectively this month and are now reluctantly ready to offload Robertson.
