Roster Outlook: With the retirement of Kevin Garnett and the news from owner Glen Taylor that Pekovic will miss the entire 2016-17 season due to lingering issues with his sore right ankle and Achilles tendon, the Wolves have 13 active players under contract who are locks to make the regular season roster. Should the Wolves keep Pekovic on the roster, they will likely fill the 15th roster spot with one of the training camp invitees.

2016-17 Salary Cap Outlook: The Wolves have plenty of options to make a roster move as they could enter the regular season $12.5 million below the salary cap and $31.6 million under the luxury tax line, if Garnett did not agree to a buyout as part of his retirement.
