Heading into the all-important July recruiting period, we take a look at recruiting needs and game plans for the top 25 programs in college basketball. Next up, the Arizona Wildcats.

Where they are: The Wildcats lost six players off last year’s team: Kaleb Tarczewski and Gabe York were four-year players in Tucson. Ryan Anderson and Mark Tollefsen each played one season and Justin Simon and Elliott Pitts are no longer in the program. The good news for coach Sean Miller is that Allonzo Trier decided to return for his sophomore campaign after flirting with the NBA draft. Ray Smith is back after missing his freshman season with a second torn ACL in two years. Offensive-minded big man Dusan Ristic and talented sophomore Chance Comanche are also back along with the two point guards who shared playing time a year ago: Parker Jackson-Cartwright and Kadeem Allen.
