ESPN 300 quarterback Bryce Young flipped his commitment from USC to Alabama on Sunday, and while the decision will impact both schools independently, his decision wasn't all that surprising. That's partially because Young had visited Alabama, but also because flip season has unofficially begun.
The time of year when committed prospects start to take other visits, look at other programs and potentially change their decisions. With the early signing period approaching in December, coaches are starting to make their move and figure out which holes need to be filled and which prospects they might be able to flip.
Here is a look at a few top prospects who are committed, but are still taking visits and hearing from other coaches.

Committed to: LSU
Other schools pursuing: Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, USC
Ricks has been committed to LSU since December 2018, so this one is going to be very difficult for other schools to change his mind. He is listening to other schools, however, and Ohio State is one program that seems to come up quite a bit. LSU's success with defensive backs, especially with Derek Stingley Jr. already seeing the field as a true freshman, is appealing to Ricks, though. It will take a lot to flip him, and as of right now LSU is still very much in the driver's seat. The coaches are going to do everything they can to hang on to this talented corner.
