Thanks for joining us. Hope to see you on Tuesday for the final game. Cheers

England may have lost the Ashes but the T20I series is alive and kicking. Excellent all-round game from England. Took a bold decision to bat first, at no stage allowed the innings to stall despite losing wickets. Posted a competitive score and then fielded like tigers. Terrific win, something to cheer at the end of what has been a disappointing Ashes series. With the World T20 slated for this time next year in the Caribbean, this win can't be a bad lift, after all.

Australia, who lead 8-6, haven't won a T20I series in a long time at home. They'd be disappointed with the way they went about this chase. Kept losing wickets in clumps and were in control at no stage - losing 4 for 7 after the openers laid a strong platform.

As good as Taylor's knock was, the one that made a big difference was Brunt's unbeaten 32. Yet, Australia would've fancied themselves to chase this down. But they let themselves down with their shot selection. Too many attempts to reverse sweep on the face of some slow bowling. Why? Hard to say.

Heather Knight: Pleased with the win. We had to fight for pride, if we can draw the series, we'll be happy. There wasn't much to say on the bus trip here, but yeah we talked about having this T20I series and a World Cup to play for, and also individual pride. Danny Wyatt struck it brilliantly the other day, she got us off to a very good start. Katherine and Natt got us to that total and then the bowlers were brilliant. Taylor's pretty good with the gloves, seeing her bat, is inhuman really. Great to have her on her side.

Rachael Haynes: Disappointing chase. I thought we got off to a good start, but it's disappointing that no one took ownership and saw us through. Lots of lessons to learn. We've got plenty to play for on Tuesday.

Katherine Brunt is the Player of the Match for her 32, a catch and 2 for 10. "When you get older, you got to stay with the time and learn new tricks," she says. "I still want to be opening with the new ball, definitely. It's a tough job in T20s, you have to be consistent. I'm just glad I hit some off the middle for once. Jenny Gunn is No. 1, she keeps churning wickets out, has learnt a few tricks along the way. We pulled one back today to gain some more pride.

Gunn to Jonassen, OUT, slog swept straight to Sciver at deep midwicket. Excellent anticipation. This was a flat hit but swirled slightly with the breeze. She was nice and low and saw this lodge into her hands quite comfortably.
