We have seen a comprehensive win here today from Bangladesh, they outplayed Ireland for the first ball. With such a low target to defend, Ireland needed early wickets and never got them. Both Tamim and Sarkar played positively from the go and never stopped. Sarkar took a while to get going and then went through the gears to finish on a very impressive 87 off 68 balls.
None of the Ireland bowlers managed to create any pressure and they look very disspirted side at the moment, gets that what you get after losing so many games in a row.
Presentations have just been completed and Mustafizur has just been named as man of the match for his excellent bowling in the Ireland innings. Must have been a close run thing after Souyma Sarkar's batting
So Bangladesh collect four points and move into second place in the tri-series table. Only 2 days until we meet again when New Zealand play Ireland here at Malahide.
That just leaves me to thank you for following my commentary today, hopefully you will be back with us on Sunday. Till then this is Justin Smyth saying bye.
