2:15pm: That is the end of that. The weather once again defeats a game of Scottish cricket. However, it has been rescheduled for Wednesday in Edinburgh, which will be followed by a repeat fixture the next day. See you all then.
12:30pm: Lunch has been taken, and play will commence at 2pm, shortened to a 39-over game. Not sure that's the most popular option here I think, but we should get some cricket at least.
12.00pm: Well it's fair to say that we won't be starting at midday. There hasn't even been a toss yet. There has been no further rain, but the umpires are concerned about some areas off the end of the pitch. We are now starting to lose overs. Next inspection at 12:15.
10:35am: Good morning everyone. James Gray here at Cambusdoon in Ayr. The bad new is we have a delayed start. The good news is, it is not currently raining, the covers are off, and we are due to get a full game in starting at noon. We'll update you with any more news with regards to toss and teams as and when we hear it."
