Relief for England who win by three wickets. A captain's innings from Broad, and it's not often that's been said of late, and a very composed hand by Bopara. A significant innings from him, finally seeing England across the line in a chase. Is that a victory for team ethics, bonding and how much they all like each other?

It was not, it has to be said, a match filled with quality batting. West Indies folded badly, and couldn't even bat the innings, then England collapsed in turn - and it wasn't even Narine who did much of the damage.

Mark: "So, Ravi Bopara is not good as a finisher? Showed loads of bottle again today. Pretty good from the captain too, today - kept calm and rode his luck." One innings, Mark. But, yes, they both did well. Did I mention that India ODI earlier? Stay with us for the presentation.

Dwayne Bravo "It was a poor batting display. I expected better. We keep losing early wickets and it's something we have to look at. We have a never-say-die attitude, we didn't want to drop our heads. We knew we had Sunil Narine and Miller. Happy with the bowling group but let down by the batters. [The lower order] will get some harsh words."

Stuart Broad "Delighted to have won, we made it hard work. The bowling was awesome, the way the guys learnt from the other day. It's been quite a hard wicket to score on. We had a wobble but great to get over the line. There's some turn for the spinners and were hard to score off. It creates pressure and wickets come. That's what Ravi is batting at No. 7 for, we know he's a good finisher. It's great to see him take that responsibility on. We took it five runs at a time which helped our minds stay clear."

And the Man of the Match is Stephen Parry for his three wickets on debut. Thought it may have gone to Bopara, but bowled well. "It's one of the proudest moments of my life. Six months ago I didn't think I'd be on the tour. It's a dream come true."

That just about wraps things up from us for today. We'll be back for the decider on Wednesday. Don't forget about the Test and ODI action tomorrow from around the world. For now, though, from Andrew McGlashan and Alex Winter it's goodbye and thanks for joining us.
