- BATSMENRBM4s6sSR11.2 the finger goes up! Ishant has trapped Fulton leg before! Struck below the knee-roll as this fuller length ball secures some inward movement off the deck. He was slow on the shot and had to play around his front pad as well, which had been plonked right across his stumps. Straight forward decision for umpire Steve Davis. What a spell! 26/29.3 Vijay holds on at first slip! The short ball is directed much, much better this time! Rutherford could not evade the line of this and was committed into playing. Got his hands very high up and when he was looking to leave he just couldn't. The bounce was steeper than he expected and he gloves it to the cordon. India strike and it's that enigma Ishant again! 23/142.4 Rohit claims the catch at second slip and it was a good one too, diving low to his left! Not so lucky on the third time he gets an edge. Excellent line from Shami as he probes the off stump corridor and snares the outside edge as this back of a length ball straightens after pitching 133/713.4 gone for a duck on debut! Nicks off to the keeper and New Zealand in big trouble early again. Excellent line from Ishant as this is pitched just back of a length on middle and seams away. Latham had to play at it, only he pushed with hands that were a bit too hard. Simple catch to the keeper 26/322.1 Jadeja looks a bit bemused as he clings to this at mid-off. How soft was that! Wasn't quite to the pitch of this full delivery on off stump but he's been driving quite well in this little innings and backed himself. But he could not keep the ball down and nor could he place it properly. Straight into the hands of the fielder, if a little above his head. Jaddu was actually worried about the backdrop of the crowd, but he was good enough to still catch it. McCullum stares at the pitch as he walks off. Is it a bit two-paced? 45/433.4 inside edge balloons off his pads and goes through to gully! He was off his feet and cramped for room while playing the flick over the leg side field. Can't get his timing right and he has to walk back. Ishant has done it again! 84/535.2 Ishant has five and over the moon about it. Lovely delivery, rose off a length as Watling came forward to block. Touch of away movement as well as the ball clips the shoulder of the bat and goes through to Rohit who clings to it above his head. Out for a duck 86/646.5 another ungainly shot, or rather no shot, and this one leads to his wicket! Was a little late in deciding to leave this length ball around the off stump corridor and it runs off the face of his bat to the keeper 165/851.3 there's his sixth. Southee, who had walked across to the off side, gets a leading edge to a full toss on middle as he tries to whip it through the leg side. M Vijay has to come forward and dive to pick up a very good, low catch 184/952.5 oh, what a catch! That's Pujara's second grab at short leg, but the last one was off a no-ball. Shami gets the short ball right this time as he makes Boult fend off the back foot. The ball goes reasonably sharply to the man close in but Pujara dived to his left and held on wonderfully well 192/10Extras16 (lb 2, nb 6, w 8)TOTAL192 all out (52.5 Overs, RR: 3.63, 258 minutes)Fall of wickets: 1-23 (Hamish Rutherford, 9.3 ov), 2-26 (Peter Fulton, 11.2 ov), 3-26 (Tom Latham, 13.4 ov), 4-45 (Brendon McCullum, 22.1 ov), 5-84 (Corey Anderson, 33.4 ov), 6-86 (BJ Watling, 35.2 ov), 7-133 (Kane Williamson, 42.4 ov), 8-165 (James Neesham, 46.5 ov), 9-184 (Tim Southee, 51.3 ov), 10-192 (Trent Boult, 52.5 ov)

- BATSMENRBM4s6sSR42.6 nicked off on 98 and Dhawan is walking back so very slowly. It's the scrambled seam delivery that does the trick. It was on a length and probing away outside off, guess Dhawan was in hitting mode as he went for an on-the-up drive through the covers only to see BJ Watling pick up another diving catch, this one to his left 162/41.6 Southee has struck in his first over. This pitch is treacherous. He has been bowling outswingers, and this one looks like a wide one so Vijay has let it be after striding forward to cover the stumps. But the ball jags back a long way, kisses the glove, and goes through to BJ Watling. There is extra bounce too. Vijay is not happy with the decision, but this has clearly touched the glove on the way through 2/124.2 no bat involved here and Pujara is dead in front! Inswing does it again! Terrific delivery from Boult as he keeps it full and gets it to curl in at Pujara very late. Strikes him on the back pad in front of all three stumps. Bit of gap between bat and pad does Pujara in, but that was because of the inswing 89/236.6 outside edge and a terrific take from the keeper! It was full and pushed right across him, the sucker ball and Ishant could not help himself. Wasn't quite as full as the one that he creamed into the covers and that is why this time he only manages to nick it and Watling dives full length to his right to hold on with both hands. That's his 50th catch in Tests, still no stumpings 141/368.1 he's slapped it straight to one of the short covers! They're going to check the back foot to see if all is good, but this time Wagner's got his boot well inside. It was full and wide outside off and Kohli threw his bat at it, but fails to place it well enough. Wagner exults because this was a plan and it worked 228/645.1 maiden Test wicket for Neesham as Rohit plays on! A very full delivery outside off and Rohit was sinking to his knees as he looked to pierce the cover field, but he plays outside the line of it and gets an inside edge onto the stumps. Angled bat does him in. Very soft dismissal. 165/5101.1 Boult has done it again! What is with him and one-handed screamers! It was a fullish delivery with just a bit of room. Rahane makes his own by staying leg side of the ball and lofts it. But he hasn't got hold of it. it's a skier. It was always going to need some catching. Boult was hurtling in from the boundary, dives forward and to his right and sticks out his right hand and clings on! Terrific catch to end a terrific innings as the New Zealand players come and shake hands with Rahane 423/992.2 he's gloved it through to the keeper! Excellent short delivery from Boult again, reaching about chest-height as Dhoni jumps outside off and looks to nudge it fine. But is execution is off. 348/796.3 straight to second slip! His cameo is all too brief as Wagner delivers a fullish delivery on the off stump corridor. Jadeja pokes at it and the outside edge carries low to the right of second slip. Taken, if a little gingerly by Fulton 385/8102.4 and it's all over. Nicks off to the keeper as he tries to carve over point. Shortish and just a touch outside off, Zak makes his own room try and add to his boundary count but he only gets a thick outside edge which Watling pouches safely. That's Wagner's 50th Test wicket as well 438/10Extras21 (b 8, lb 4, nb 2, w 7)TOTAL438 all out (102.4 Overs, RR: 4.26, 468 minutes)Fall of wickets: 1-2 (Murali Vijay, 1.6 ov), 2-89 (Cheteshwar Pujara, 24.2 ov), 3-141 (Ishant Sharma, 36.6 ov), 4-162 (Shikhar Dhawan, 42.6 ov), 5-165 (Rohit Sharma, 45.1 ov), 6-228 (Virat Kohli, 68.1 ov), 7-348 (MS Dhoni, 92.2 ov), 8-385 (Ravindra Jadeja, 96.3 ov), 9-423 (Ajinkya Rahane, 101.1 ov), 10-438 (Zaheer Khan, 102.4 ov)

- BATSMENRBM4s6sSR1.3 he has shouldered arms to an indipper and is struck quite low on the front pad! Umpire Davis gives him! He's completely misjudged this one, expecting the fullish delivery to go along with the angle and through to the keeper. But Zak gets it to duck back just enough to strike him in line with off stump and that's all she wrote for Peter Fulton 1/116.6 edged and through and Zak strikes again! Oh, wait, they're checking the no-ball. All fine, Rutherford's gone. Lovely line and length from the bowler, asking him to fish outside off and fish he does with a defensive bat and nicks off. Straightens just a hint and that's enough for Zak to have another in the first hour 52/310.4 edged and caught by Dhoni! That is a terrific start for India and it's the batsman that was on them like a rash since the start of the one-day series! Zak answers his critics with one a length ball that is pushed across the right-hander. Williamson thought it best to go for an on-the-up cover drive and gets a very fine edge. India and ecstatic! 27/234.1 and Latham is not going to be a happy man at all! He's pushed at one outside off and nicks off to the keeper. It was just back of a length, but wide enough to be left alone. But Latham has made a poor choice and has to walk back. He's rather peeved with himself. That will be lunch, just about the perfect morning session for India as they push for what will be a much-savoured win. 87/4199.3 oh, he's edged it through to the keeper! The Indians come up to shake hands as he walks off. Wellington gets to stand up again as he taises his bat. I have a sneaky suspicion he was tearing up after getting to his triple. He pokes at a back of a length delivery that was angled across him and finally succumbs 625/737.2 leading edge lobs back to the bowler and Jaddu is pleased as punch! Just slowed it up and Anderson was closing the face of the bat far too soon. Loops back to the bowler who takes it reverse-cupped around head-high. Innings win in sight for India 94/5160.2 he's gone! Struck on the back foot as this darts in after pitching rather full. Tries to defend but he misses it and that would have just clipped leg. So ends a magnificent innings from BJ Watling. The longest by a NZ wicketkeeper and he is supremely disappointed. The game is still in the balance and the new ball seems to be talking 446/6201.3 clears his front leg and goes for an awful hoick and that's Zak's five-for. No real celebrations though, he knows he's come a distant second. Top edge goes straight up in the air and Pujara comes in from point to pick up the catch 639/8Extras30 (b 9, lb 12, nb 7, w 2)TOTAL680/8d (210 Overs, RR: 3.23, 904 minutes)Did not bat: TA BoultFall of wickets: 1-1 (Peter Fulton, 1.3 ov), 2-27 (Kane Williamson, 10.4 ov), 3-52 (Hamish Rutherford, 16.6 ov), 4-87 (Tom Latham, 34.1 ov), 5-94 (Corey Anderson, 37.2 ov), 6-446 (BJ Watling, 160.2 ov), 7-625 (Brendon McCullum, 199.3 ov), 8-639 (Tim Southee, 201.3 ov)
- BATSMENRBM4s6sSR5.2 edged to third slip, what a beauty from Southee! Started angling in and it was full too so he had to play. Only this jags away after pitching and Vijay was pushing at the ball just a little away from his body. But it was enough to claim the outside edge and Corey Anderson picks up a sharp, low catch 10/24.5 he's been given leg before after shouldering arms! That is a pretty brave decision because it might have gone over the stumps. Violent movement in at Dhawan as this pitched on a good length and outside off. The leave was on, except this one came back in and clips him on the top flap of the front pad while he was not offering any shot. Umpire Davis' upraised forefinger condemns him to the dressing room 10/122.3 caught down the leg side off another bouncer, the plan has worked! This time Umpire Davis has seen the batsman glove it down to the keeper. Brilliant short ball again as this was pushed in at the body, Pujara was lured into nudging it and even as he was was thinking about trying to correct himself, it is too late. Pujara looked behind, may have given him away 54/3Extras4 (nb 2, w 2)TOTAL166/3 (52 Overs, RR: 3.19, 217 minutes)Fall of wickets: 1-10 (Shikhar Dhawan, 4.5 ov), 2-10 (Murali Vijay, 5.2 ov), 3-54 (Cheteshwar Pujara, 22.3 ov)
