Well there you have it. New Zealand come away with the T20 series 2-0. As Bravo said, the West Indians definitely came back to compete today, but just didn't have enough runs on the board. It has been a memorable series, filled with a good mix of personal milestones and audacious hitting. If you are a New Zealand fan then don't be too perturbed that the series is over. You have the Indians, who have already landed, to look forward to, while the West Indians head off for a nice little break before their next assignment. Brendon McCullum, New Zealand captain: It was hard fought. I thought WI put on a good total and put early pressure with the ball as well. But I think Ross and Luke's innings were outstanding, and the manner in which we got home was especially pleasing. I thought it was par, I thought we did a good job pulling it back in the last couple of overs. We managed to keep going at a decent strike rate, but we needed a partnership, and we got one from Luke and Ross, who both played brilliantly to get us here. I think we are going okay in the limited-overs. 2-2 all was a fair result in the ODIs, and now we have these two victories. We have to continue to play good cricket and develop consistency in our game.

Dwayne Bravo, West Indies captain: Big improvement from the last game. It was a good learning process from us. We were 15-20 runs short after winning the toss, but the bowlers gave it their best. All in all it was a great team performance, and I am happy that we just improved from the last game. For me personally, it has been good. It's always difficult conditions for us as WI players. After the Test series the way the guys fought to level the ODI series was special. Today they showed a lot of grit and fight. It is about giving the opportunities to the young players and we look to defend our title in the World T20 format. We look forward to NZ coming home to us later in the year, and I am sure it will be another exciting series as well.

Luke Ronchi, Man of the Match: It was a massive thing to make runs and contribute today. Just about making the most of the opportunity. The wicket was good and got better as the night wore on. Nice to play in front of a home crowd. We just needed to bat and try to catch up on the balls we missed out on. If there are boundary options then so be it, but it was important to just bat.

Luke Ronchi is the Man of the Match

Ross Taylor: We kept losing wickets, but the way Ronchi came in and played from where he left off from the first T20 was outstanding. He came out in a tough situation and played his natural game to finish the game for us well. It has been a hard-fought series against WI so we will enjoy tonight, before looking forwards to the Indians tomorrow

Ronchi has done it again. After hitting a good 40-odd in the previous match to steer NZ to victory, this time he comes in and smashes 51 off 28 to ensure New Zealand run away with this series 2-0, getting some much-needed confidence as the World T20 looms ever so closer. The West Indians will feel a bit hard done by as, till at least the 15th over when Bravo gave away 17 runs, they were ahead on the equation at 54 off 36, which turned to 37 off 30 following the onslaught.
