Taylor, Dottin help West Indies to series win

Contributions with the ball and bat by Stafanie Taylor and Deandra Dottin helped West Indies win the series 2-1, after losing the opening game. Taylor, who starred with the bat in the second ODI, took 4 for 21 to keep India to 180 for 7, before Dottin's 59 helped West Indies chase it down in the final over with three wickets in hand.

India were off to a steady start, reaching 73 for 1 before Taylor struck twice to bring the hosts into the contest. India sunk further to 113 for 6 before Jhulan Goswami and Harmanpreet Kaur staged a recovery stand. They added 64 for the seventh wicket in 13.2 overs, with Kaur making 50 and Goswami remaining unbeaten on 34.

West Indies progressed slowly towards the target, losing three wickets before the 20th over and maintaining a run-rate of just over two an over. Dottin anchored the chase, before departing in the 44th over with her team still 28 short. Shemaine Campbelle and Anisa Mohammed steered the hosts home with four balls to spare.

West Indies took the one-dayers 2-1 and the Twenty20 series 3-2.
