  • Ethy Mbhalati9-1-49-2

So that is it for tonight. Philander produced a superb spell to rip out the top order, and despite aggressive knocks from the experienced Junaid Siddique and Mohammad Ashraful, each scoring 39, there was little substance to the innings. The tail wagged but it was more a case of batting practice than a real competition at the end. Philander has been named Man of the Match, and the series is now level at 1-1 as the teams proceed to Kimberley for the next match on Saturday. Time for the CricInfo team in the Western Cape to hibernate, see you all next summer. Happy Easter to all observing this holiday.
