14.2 Gibbs loses patience with the sluggish track and finds the deep midwicket fielder. He went down on his back knee to swing the slower one but found more elevation than distance. Hopes runs forward and gets under the ball. 50/2
6.2 And this time the slips celebrate. It was a short-of-length delivery moving away from Smith who hangs his bat out to dry and gets the thick edge through to the lunging Haddin. 28/1
35.6 Kallis falls after a fine innings. It was banged in short outside off stump, Kallis goes for the pull but hits it straight to midwicket! 164/3
40.4 It was a length delivery on the middle and leg and it stops on AB who checks his across-the-line waft but gets a leading edge - a simple dolly- to mid-off. Fine innings from AB, who paced this one really well. 198/4
44.2 moves outside leg stump and flays a short-of-length delivery but crashes it straight to cover! Mitchell roars. Duminy falls after a 26-ball 32 230/5

9.4 Duminy has run out Haddin. It was pushed to his left at cover and they hare down the track. Duminy moves swiftly, swoops on the ball, takes aim and fires down a direct hit at the striker's end. They go up stairs and the verdict is OUT 30/1
22.1 Clarke's misery ends. He skipped down the track, went for a heave across the line but the ball dipped on him rapidly and he missed it completely. Through this innings, he has not got his timing right and is gone now. 80/3
17.5 And Botha gets his man. He had tied him run-less in his first over and has struck in his second. It was flighted around the off stump line and Ponting skipped down the track and was beaten in the flight. Ponting jabbed it towards the non-striker and the bowler moved to his right and in the way of the nonstriker, nearly getting tangled, to hold a good catch 66/2
30.2 and he's worked a charm, has Duminy! Tosses it up, down comes Hussey, collecting on the volley but not getting the desired elevation and Steyn takes an easy catch coming in from long-on 114/5
22.6 Rudi misses the big inside edge and Mike Hussey storms off towards the pavilion. It turned in quickly from outside off stump, Hussey pressed back and stabbed it off the inner edge to his pad. Rudi fails to see it and gives him the slow death. Clearly very unlucky. 83/4
44.6 chips down the track, tries for the big lofted shot over the off-side field but ends up slicing it high in the air and AB get around from covers to take it. Ferguson falls after leading a fine lower-order effort. 211/6

46.1 short in length, outside off stump, punched through cover point and Mitchell runs back for the second run. The throw, fast and accurate, comes in from Duminy from the deep and Boucher breaks the stumps. They go the third umpire. OUT! 226/7
