Jayasuriya's feet don't move much as he slashes at a wide delivery, there's no noise but the slip cordon goes up, though Gilchrist wasn't too vocal, and after a quick thought the umpire raises his finger ... replays didn't show any contact ... Jayasuriya stands his ground and walks off unamused ... a tough call ... Gilchrist didn't appeal for the catch, he just stuck up one hand 7/1

13.3 and there's the breakthrough, as Atapattu chases a short delivery angling down leg stump only to get a touch of glove on it, and Gilchrist pulls off a good diving take down the stumps! Symonds loves that wicket and the change of bowling works for Australia once again 53/1

It was a length delivery, just outside the off stump, Jayasuriya pushed at it, bat slightly away from the body as he didn't quite lean forward and edged it for Ponting to lunge to his right to take a sharp catch.
