8.40am Only 9.2 overs were possible in the first ODI but that was enough for Azmatullah Omarzai to rip through the Zimbabwe top-order as he hooped the ball around big time to pick four wickets in no time. If you missed any of the action from that opening game, here's the report. The cloudy conditions and the early morning start will once again make conditions conducive for the fast bowlers. The toss, in that case, will hold key.
8.30am Hello, hello and welcome to the ball-by-ball coverage of the second ODI between Zimbabwe and Afghanistan. The opening ODI saw just 9.2 overs being bowled before rain abandoned the match, which was reduced to a 28-overs-a-side affair. The weather in Harare seems to be better for the match today. A quick google search suggests it is cloudy, but the rain should stay away. I am Ashish Pant and will soon be joined by Srinidhi as we look forward to what should be an exciting game.
