11.3 taken by the captain! Dickwella tries to be cute, and now pays the price for it. Full ball on middle, and he tried to paddle this past the keeper's right. But the ball takes the leading edge, and then pops over to the keeper for a simple dismissal 61/1
14.3 Mulder has the last laugh! Offcutter on a length, and Tharanga is deceived by the lack of pace. Tries to work it to the leg side, but he's made no foot movement, and the ball skids through between bat and pad 92/2
15.5 overpitched on middle, and Mendis yorks himself by trying to sweep! Hits him in front of middle stump, and the umpire has no hesitation to raise his finger 100/3
27.2 has he holed out to long-on? Yes, he has. Wanted to hit it a lot straighter as he advanced but Duminy held this back beautifully, Kusal ended up dragging this wider and Miller covered good ground to take a sliding catch running to his left. 195/6
22.3 thick outside edge and Quinton de Kock has taken an absolute blinder. This flew off the edge, but he was extremely alert. Took a step to his right and then threw himself full stretch to his right and was airborne, with the ball well past him, as he plucked that out. For a split-second, that looked set to beat Quinton to the boundary. Simply magnificent. 159/4
24.6 oh, dear. What have you done Dhananjaya? Clever slower delivery from Ngidi. Floated this full as well and Dhananjaya just hit this too well to sweeper cover. As he made contact, got the feeling he tried to control the stroke and in the end just ended up checking his stroke. 183/5

38.3 straight to cover! But he gets a standing ovation from the Pallekele crowd. Full outside off, and the slap goes to the infielder near the 30-year circle. Thisara congratulates him before Shanaka makes his way back 304/7

2.6 Full toss but bowled! What happened there? It was a pretty high full toss on off stump, but it was continuously dipping, therefore forcing an error from QdK. He tried to slap a cut behind square, but the ball has hit the stumps, so it's definitely out, despite the SA captain's disappointment 34/1
9.3 sliced to point! Amla was looking so good today. Just full and wide outside off, and Amla's attempted drive over extra cover goes behind square instead 108/3
4.4 gets him second chance! Full outside off, and the straight drive comes off the bat's top half. Flies into the hands of cover, but the ball pops out of his hand momentarily, but Dhananjaya does well to recover and complete the catch 51/2
12.6 Shanaka has hit the non-striker's stumps and Duminy is gone! That's a terrible decision from Duminy to go for that run, but it is stunning work from the fielder. One stumps to aim at from extra cover and he's done it in a single, smooth motion. Calm pick-up, accurate throw. But you must question the wisdom of going for that run. It was a relatively well-timed tap off the back foot, straight to the fielder. He's short by about two yards 130/5
12.2 Mathews grabs it at extra cover and chucks the ball into the turf in fury. Sri Lanka have an opening. Klaasen backs away against a length ball that's sliding away from off. Has too much of a reach as a result. Ends up slicing the punch uppishly and Sri Lanka's captain lunges low to his left to hold on 129/4

20.2 gone! Sri Lanka have engineered this wicket to perfection! A slower ball from Lakmal. You can predict the line and length from the field, you can't predict the pace. Miller, forced into swinging across the line, has not picked the offcutter in the corridor. Looks to slog and gets an inside edge onto stumps 183/9
15.2 through him! Andile plays across the line, nowhere near covering the line of that. It can be perilous when the ball is slanting across you, more so when the moisture is adding more zip. He drags it on from outside off 149/6
16.4 what a catch. Dhananjaya de Silva leaps to his left and plucks one that's hit quite well from Mulder. He's at short midwicket and this pull shot was travelling. Short ball outside off, he got a clean swing on it but he's going back to the pavilion. Sri Lanka believes 155/7
19.6 bowled him! Top of off. Predictable line and length because it's an effective line and length. Maharaj, who slapped the previous such ball through cover, looks to pull this time. It's not the right shot. The ball skids through from under and tonks off stumo 183/8
