We are three days into a tournament featuring some of the best fringe players from two Indian, one Australian and one South African side but have not had a ball bowled yet. Unfortunately, the wet weather in Vijayawada, that resulted in the abandonment of the first round of matches, has played spoilsport again, and all four teams are headed back to their hotels.
Despite winning only one of six matches on the tour of India, South Africa do have positives to draw from it as they build towards the 2019 World Cup
