5.15pm Brathwaite and Carty get together as the umpires take out their lightmeters. And off the players go. The umpires have been trying to stall the two batters for a while with the two spinners bowling, but the light seems to have dipped quite a bit. Don't see the light improving any time soon and that will be stumps on day two. Brathwaite and Carty have done their bit against some very tight Bangladesh bowling. Nahid Rana was rapid as he got the better of Mikyle Louis and got the batters to hop around. But Brathwaite and Carty held their end even with Taijul Islam getting the ball to turn and bounce. The duo have added 44 runs for the second wicket off 144 balls and will want to add a few more runs and possibly take the lead on day 3. That's it from us today. We will be back nice and early tomorrow on what should hopefully be another cracking day of Test cricket. Ciao!

Shamar Joseph: [Plan at the start of day 2] We always try to come out and do our best and stick to the basics. We had a few conversations with the bowling coach. He just said to stick to the basics. I just stuck to the plan. I wanted to bowl as fast as possible and make the batters uncomfortable. [On Seales] We know the aggression he brings to the table. That is best I have seen him bowl. I enjoyed his spell. [On always having a smile on] I just think it keeps me going, it is always good to be among the wickets. I just want to keep smiling
