9.16 pm Welsh Fire remain winless in both the men's and women's sides. London Spirit meanwhile continue to keep pace with Trent Rockets at the top of the table and have clinched a playoff berth. All that remains to find out is what seed they will be.
Match Hero is Dan Lawrence: "I think it was about absorbing a bit of pressure for the first bit of the innings. The Welsh boys got wickets to create pressure and it was about soaking that up. It was a bit sticky but the longer you stayed in batting got easier. Taking wickets is always a bit of a bonus for me. Bowling 20 balls is not something I'd normally do but happy to contribute to the team. It's been great to come back and contribute to a win."
So that's it from our coverage tonight at Lord's. On behalf of Matt Roller, I'm Peter Della Penna. Come back tomorrow for another men's and women's doubleheader featuring Southern Brave and Trent Rockets. Until then, take care!

Familiarity of Fire's self-immolation is admirable amid competition's inherent volatility
