9.25pm: Rockets keep their season alive with a clutch win in Cardiff. They were in strife at 76 for 5 but rode the wave as Colin Munro fired them up to a defendable score, with Fire always struggling to go at the required rate. And with that win, Rockets go from bottom of the table to third, sitting among a group of five teams on five points
Colin Munro is the Match Hero: "The chat with TKC was to get 50 off 50, build a partnership, just allow the strikers at the end to come in with a bit of a platform. Lucky to get a few out of the middle as well. Sams has been outstanding all season. They went yorkers and that played into our hands a bit. It was nice to get some runs and contribute. Great to get over the line after losing a couple of close ones. They've got a dangerous batting line-up. When it does get close you question every little bit here and there. But young John Turner bowled really well, first game in the Hundred. To close down the game, bowling to Clarkey who's a world-class player, to shut him down as he did was outstanding, and then to close it out at the end."
That's yer lot for another night of the Hundred. Tomorrow it's the London derby at The Oval, so be sure to join us for that. Bye!
Got to clear the ropes now, Roela
Two more of those will do
Roelof van der Merwe walks out, 12 needed from three. Still no Shaheen!
JM Clarke run out 54 (59m 34b 2x4 2x6) SR: 158.82
"Surely it has to be Afridi... Willey is more well rounded but for short cameos, gotta be Shaheen!" They're not listening, Isaac Marshall
David Willey is the new man. Turner will bowl out... 14 needed off five by Fire
Craig: "From Hero to Zero for John Turner within a ball ! Incredible drama. No stopping the Fire!" Still time for him to be either here
GD Phillips c Hales b Sams 12 (6m 5b 1x4 1x6) SR: 240.00
