Thanks for joining me, Chandan, Kate and Vairavan today. Please do join us for the 3rd match of this series on Monday. In captain speak, we will know who gets to take 20 points from this series. Till then good night from all of us here

Josh Little is the player of the match: To be honest, I had an injury a couple of months ago and forced myself into the game. I have lost a little bit of weight, got fitter and the ball is coming out faster. It was a huge disappointment in the previous game and it was important to come out and make a statement in this game

Seelaar: It was a good toss to lose. We should've batted better and the pitch got flatter in the afternoon but 160 (158) wasn't going to be enough. Josh bowled more often in the good areas. We should take a step back, relax and train better on Sunday. We were probably expecting the same sort of game from the first game, but the pitch misbehaved when we batted. 10 points are more important than a series win. We should've forgotten what happened on Wednesday. Now, we should forget what happened today for the game on Monday

Balbirnie: I thought we bowled really well and chase was more composed than the other day. We, as a batting group, saw it over the line today. As a batting group we decided to play as much time as possible. It's satisfying but it's only one game. It wasn't easy when he (Harry Tector) came out but we decided to see out time. (Paul Stirling) He is a world class player. We bowled better with the new ball today. There was some moisture in the pitch. We are not going to look too ahead of ourselves. We are going to have some bad days. It's going to be an important day on Monday. Like Pieter said, it's going to be about the 10 points.

Netherlands batting has been off from the time they lined up to face Scotland. Their bowling covered up the poor batting in two games. They didn't have enough runs on the board for the bowlers to make a difference. Stirling seemed to be batting on a featherbed while Balbirnie fought his way out of a rut. He scored 32 runs off his previous five innings before this game

Stirling's performance was the bedrock for Ireland's win. Stirling and Balbirnie did what Seelaar wanted his batters to do - play a lot of deliveries and take the bull by its horns.
