5.10pm That was much closer than appeared likely, first when the Diamonds put up what looked like a below-par total and again when Beth Langston removed both Vipers openers for ducks and Jenny Gunn sparked a middle-order wobble. But that unbroken stand of 78 between Emily Windsor and Tara Norris was the difference as the Diamonds struggled to take the late wickets they needed. Windsor scored a fantastic 47 not out off 97 balls and Norris was unbeaten with 40 from 44. The Vipers players are jumping for joy!
