Alright then, that's a wrap. Remember there's a two-day break before the next game, as the action moves back to Colombo. Be sure to join us for that, but until then this is Madushka, on behalf of Fidel, saying goodbye!

Thisara Perera: "Thank God that we're all back in form after two losses. As a bowling unit we did well on this sort of flat wicket. Earlier I said we didn't click with our batting, that's why we brought in Nishan Madushka as a cushion. I feel we can do something special this year as well."

Babar Azam: "We started well but didn't capitalise in the middle overs. We also didn't finish well. When we started we were looking at 180-190, but unfortunately we lost back-to-back wickets. We're just trying to learn from our mistakes and do our 100% going forward."

Pathum Nissanka gets the Striker of the Match award.

Player of the Match goes to Dunith Wellalage for his 2 for 9, which really stifled the Colombo innings: "I want to thank by skipper and my bowling group for giving great support. I always trust myself and do the basics, and try to handle the match situation as best as I can."

Time for the presentation ceremony...

What this means is that this push-pull LPL season continues along on its merry way, with three sides on six points and two more on four.

10.35pm So an easy win for the Kings in the end, as their batters made easy work of a middling chase. Gurbaz gave them an ideal start at the top with a 21-ball 39, and then Madushka hung around through the middle with a 32-ball 46 before falling with the chase almost done. Aside from Naseem Shah, who ended with 2 for 22, none of the Colombo bowlers showed any level of discipline as the Jaffna batters had it all their own way for large parts. Really the only time Colombo looked in the game was in the first powerplay, when Babar and Nissanka were blazing away. After that it was all Jaffna.

Still only 19 needed from 43, but Naseem is not going down without a fight.
