17.2 this is a worse ball, but he gets a wicket. This is again an attempted yorker, and again a low full toss. This is more legside though , and Tharanga tries to swing it away over deep midwicket. But he doesn't connect as he wants to, and ends up finding the fielder out there. End of a decent innings. 179/2
12.4 finally a wicket, as Sandakan has Dickwella caught at long on. Dickwella skips down the track again, but perhaps Sandakan has seen him coming and fired it in short. The batsman goes through with the big shot anyway, but can't get underneath it. Sends it straight to Jayasuriya at long on. 110/1
18.6 that's a big wicket. Very good over in the end, after conceding a four first ball. This is another slower ball, bowled hard into the pitch, and he gets a little extra bounce, which has been a feature of his back-of-the-hand slower balls. Shanaka has run down the pitch at him and tried to bang this down the ground, but gets only a top edge that floats high to short fine leg, who completes a simple catch 188/4
18.4 not the greatest ball ever, but he gets a wicket with it. This is a 199kph ball that is a low full toss essentially. Patel only gets an inside edge to that though, and it pitches just at the base of middle and off and clatters into the wicket 187/3

18.5 they finally hold on to one off Gunathilaka's bat. This is a slower offcutter into the pitch, so it's short of a length. It's wide enough of off stump that Gunathilaka can open his shoulders and try to club this down the ground. But he is through the shot a little early and sends it very high to long on, where Angelo Perera comes in off the rope, gets under it, and completes the catch. Has this swung the game in Viiking's direction 190/6
4.2 Patel makes the breakthrough! This is slower through the air, and tossed up outside off. Ahsan tries to launch that over the legside infield but mistimes it badly, and it floats up to mid on, who takes a couple of steps back and holds the catch at about head height 42/1
5.1 down the track and Mendis has done him in completely. This is slow through the air, slightly wide of off stump, Bhanuka doesn't get to the pitch of the ball, which dips, grips, and turns away to beat the shot. Dickwella completes a sharp stumping. Rajapaksa is well short as he tries to get back 47/2
13.1 a wicket this time, and it's almost staggering to see that a catch is finally held! This is shortish and wide, and Azam Khan's cut shot goes straight to backward point, who take it at belly height. 141/3
16.2 full again, but slightly wider, and Walton is out. He aims a big shot over long on, but can only get an outside edge to that. This is an important breakthrough, because Walton can be dangerous, and seemed to be working himself up to some serious big hitting. 171/4
16.5 Jayasuriya's bad tournament with the bat continues. This is an excellent bouncer from Anwar at the batsman's head. He can't get on top of the bounce and swipes at this one. The ball goes off the top edge and settles in the hands of the fine leg fielder. Are Viiking fighting back? 173/5

19.2 Rajitha gets an lbw decision with the yorker. This is full on the stumps. Lakshan tries to mow it through the legside but misses. That's definitely got to be cannoning into middle stump. The only thing that might save Lakshan is if it's pitched outside leg. But it hasn't . It stays out. 192/7
