9:04pm A clinical win for India - their second-biggest in terms of runs in T20Is - in their last league encounter to seal the final semi-final spot. They had their noses in front once they posted 162 but Renuka dashed any hopes Barbados would have had of gunning the target down with her second four-wicket haul in the Commonwealth Games. Barbados lost four wickets in the first five overs and there was no coming back from that stage.
Earlier, it was Rodrigues' half-century with able support from Shafali and Deepti that helped India get to 162 after a mini-wobble. Rodrigues and Deepti added an unconquered 70 for the fifth wicket and that eventually proved to be enough.
