What a wonderful game and what a wonderful result for South Africa who have qualified for the their first final. Hope you enjoyed our coverage of the first semi-final. Sreshth will be with you soon building up the second semi-final between England and India.
Lucy Hamilton, the Australia captain: Credit to South Africa, they showed up today and squeezed us. Credit our bowlers to stretch it to 18 overs. We didn't have enough runs today. We have a very good seam attack, so just wanted to go with them. Full credit to the girls, they really gave it all. [Tournament] We spoke about how it has been a roller-coaster. We are very proud of the girls.
Kayla Reyneke, the South Africa captain: Crazy. We wanted to bat first. But either way, I back the unit. The plan was clear. [Botha] She does some crazy stuff. She knew what she had to do. [Gameplan] We wanted to play nice and intelligent cricket. I back by batting unit and that is what I will continue to do.
Ashleigh van Wyk is the player of the match for her 4 for 17: [Nervous at the end?] You can never be too sure and never underestimate anything. [Plan while bowling] I have worked very hard. The team has worked pretty hard. [Relationship with captain] Everyone get along in the team. The support is nice. We are not done yet. One more game to go.
1.20pm Solid, solid win for South Africa who go into the final unbeaten. On paper it seemed a straightforward 106-run chase but Australia hadn't conceded more than 100 even once in the tournament and the South Africa batters hadn't spent much time in the middle. But, they came out with absolute solidity led by Jemma Botha, who smashed 37 off 24 balls striking the ball with authority. South Africa had raced to 50 in the powerplay and once Botha fell, it was captain Reyneke who steadied the ship. Eventually, South Africa needed just 18.1 overs to get over the line.
Do hang around for the presentation
Surely the last over of the game. Just one to get for South Africa. Williamson to bowl. Everyone of the fielder is inside the circle
