10.5 good ball and planning: dropped. Loose boundary ball: taken. Head gets a short and wide ball, goes for the upper-cut. No intention of keeping this down. Just gets a bit of a top edge and is caught at deep square third 68/1

14.3 timber. Pandya has three in three overs. Marsh misses a fifty for the first time this series. Doesn't look like a slower ball. Looks to drive a length ball outside off, gets an inside edge onto the stumps. Might have been a bit of a legcutter that has come slow off the surface 85/3
12.2 Pandya has two. And Smith is walking back. Tries another big booming drive, and this is not a slower one. It holds its line against the angle. Well this is not even a seam-up delivery, but still changes direction upon pitching. Smith is driving for the angle, and gets an outside edge through to KL Rahul 74/2
24.3 this is not great batting. Warner skips down the track, is beaten in the flight, but still goes ahead with the big hit. What's more he is looking to hit against the turn into the leg side. Gets a thick edge that Pandya takes running in from long-off 125/4
28.1 Australia keep playing ordinary shots. Labuschagne leaves the crease early, both long-on and long-off are back, and he still tries to hit a six on this pitch without getting close to the ball. Soft options being taken too often. Holes out to long-off. This is not a six-hitting pitch once the field goes out 138/5
38.1 wow, what a ball! Carey is left stunned, and so are most of us. Even Kuldeep's smile has a bit of surprise there. This is what he did. He tossed it up slightly, and bowled a legcutter which was a bit on the shorter side of a length. It landed on middle and leg, and turned away to hit the top of off, with Carey almost very late on his attempted push. Turn, bounce and accuracy, what else do you need? 203/7
36.6 gives it away! Yet another Australian batter perishes after settling down on this pitch. Bowled with a horizontal seam, and full on middle while being angled in. Stoinis didn't bother getting to the pitch of the ball, and seemed to be playing for the turn, as his heave came from off stump. The ball took off from the inside half of the bat to long-on, as India keep catching them 196/6

44.6 gone, one big hit too many! The stumps are shattered. Flatter and quicker on a shortish length on middle and leg, and going on with the angle. Abbott was standing outside leg, ready to hammer it across the line. But he went too early, and missed. A solid, late contribution nevertheless 245/8
45.3 gifted to deep midwicket! But that had made a lovely sound off the bat. Siraj went with a bouncer - something which Hardik also does so often - in the later stages of the match, as the ball climbed quite high to end round about on off. Agar got on top of the ball and pulled with a crisp sound, but there wasn't great timing there, as he seemed to have taken his eyes off the ball too 247/9
48.6 now finds Jadeja at deep backward square leg! I am not sure if Jadeja was a step or two further behind than what he was when that six was hit earlier in the over; he seemed a bit wider too. Nevertheless, Siraj went for the bouncer outside off again, as Starc swung his bat to pull that away. He rode the bounce too, and timed that well, only for Jadeja to go low and grab that 269/10

9.1 he has picked out the only fielder deep on the leg side. Again shuffles a little to play the pick-up pull but he has played it straight in the direction of Starc at deep square leg. It results in a momentary hush followed by huge cheers for Kohli 65/1
12.2 big appeal for lbw as it drifts in. Australia are appealing for boot first. Not given. Australia have reviewed this. Nice late drift, lands just short of the boot, but the impact is on the pad first before it hits the inside edge of the bat. Looking like a good review. The UltraEdge confirms it is pad first. HawkEye says pitching leg, straightening enough to hit leg, and Australia have successfully reviewed this for the big wicket 77/2
35.1 now taken by Warner! Kohli runs out of luck. Bowled on a length just about on off, and tossed up a little. Not sure if Kohli played for the turn there, since his bat face ended outside off. The ball took the inside half of the bat as he looked to go over the circle again, and this time found the fielder. Australia cracking the game open 185/5
27.5 but he has a wicket. A small opening there. Rahul looking for another six. To be fair Zampa has overpitched again. A puff of a dust as Rahul doesn't get the bounce needed. Toe-ends it to long-on 146/3
28.5 full toss, and Axar is run out. Sensational fielding by Smith and keeping from Carey. This is pushed wide of midwicket. Easy single, it looks like. Smith makes a diving save to his left. Had they gone through the single was still on. But Kohli sends Axar back. Smith is on the ground but back-hands the throw in the vicinity of the stumps. Carey rushes in, collects, and dives into the wickdet 151/4
43.4 taken by Smith heading to his left from cover! Smith called it early to avoid confusion with the point fielder, as the ball was ballooned towards him. This could be the game for Australia. Good bowling, and a good catch. Zampa went with a scrambled seam, and got it to dip on a length on off. Pandya had cleared his front leg early, as he went to hoick across the line. He took his eyes off the ball while playing that, as the ball hinted to turn away 218/7
35.2 another first-baller for Surya! Three in a row. A hat-trick of its own. Agar on a hat-trick though. Surya is cleaned up. This short ball on off skids through while keeping low, as Surya clears his front leg in trying to slash it. But he is beaten entirely on his cut, with the ball rushing on to him. 185/6
45.1 skied to point! This one came off the leading edge. Zampa gets his fourth. Jadeja charged down the pitch early, as Zampa tossed one up. The ball landed around off stump, and so was quite wide of Jadeja to attempt that across-the-line heave. He was beaten in the air as well as by the wrong 'un turning away, and lost his bottom hand, as the ball took off from his leading edge 225/8
49.1 Kuldeep is run-out at the striker's end! Game over, as Australia win by 21 runs, and take the series 2-1. Kuldeep skipped out of his crease, as Stoinis went short around off. Kuldeep swatted, but the ball ended to Stoinis' left, who moved well to cut that off. Kuldeep was halfway down the pitch, as Stoinis threw. Kuldeep tried to rush back, but fell well short, as Carey came forward to collect the throw and whip the bails off 248/10
47.5 the fun has ended! Shami looks for one more, but sees his off stump disturbed. Stoinis went much fuller this time, and on off. The ball went on straight after pitching, as Shami hoicked across the line after getting his front leg out of the way, but was beaten 243/9
